VISA INFORMATION
All delegates traveling to Washington, D.C. must present an approved travel document (passport or identity card). Many delegates will require a visa to enter the United States. Delegates are encouraged to apply for visas no later than 90 days before traveling to the United States (no later than mid-April for symposium delegates). Delegates are also encouraged to contact the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in their country to inquire about the specific U.S. immigration processes and timing that will apply to them.
