Accommodation for scholarship recipients

If you have been selected to receive a scholarship that includes accommodation for the Children and HIV: Closing the Gap - Ending Vertical Transmission Through Community Action, reservations will be taken care of for you and you will be informed of the location. Accommodations will be shared and cover July 19th, 20th, and 21st, 2012. Accommodations will not extend to cover the XIX International AIDS Conference.

Accommodation if you are only attending the Children and HIV: Closing the Gap - Ending Vertical Transmission Through Community Action symposium and do not have a scholarship

If you are only attending the Children and HIV: Closing the Gap - Ending Vertical Transmission Through Community Action symposium, you can call the hotels listed on the International AIDS Conference 2012 website www.aids2012.org independently to reserve hotel rooms.

Accommodation if you have not received a scholarship and are also attending the XIX International AIDS Conference

Delegates are responsible for all expenses incurred in relation to travel for the symposium including hotel accommodations. A list of hotels available in Washington is available through the International AIDS Conference 2012 website www.aids2012.org.
