ACCOMMODATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS

If you have been selected to receive a scholarship for the Children and HIV: Family Support First Symposium, reservations will be taken care of for you and you will be informed of the location. Accommodations will be shared and cover July 15th – July 17th, 2010. Accommodations will not extend to cover the XVIII International AIDS Conference.

ACCOMMODATIONS IF YOU ARE ONLY ATTENDING THE CHILDREN AND HIV: FAMILY SUPORT FIRST SYMPOSIUM AND DO NOT HAVE A SCHOLARSHIP

If you are only attending the Children and HIV: Family Support First Symposium you can call the hotels listed on www.aids2010.org independently to reserve hotel rooms.

ACCOMMODATION IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SCHOLARSHIP AND ARE ALSO ATTENDING THE XVIII INTERNATIONAL AIDS CONFERENCE

Delegates are responsible for all expenses incurred in relation to travel for the symposium including hotel accommodations. A list of hotels available in Vienna is available through the International AIDS Conference 2010 website, www.aids2010.org.
