Delegates requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain a visa to attend the Envisioning the Future Symposium may request one from the Registration Department at info@canadaforum.com.

The Letter of Invitation does not financially commit the Symposium organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Symposium are the sole responsibility of the delegate. There is no registration fee for the Symposium.

To receive a Letter of Invitation, delegates must first apply to attend the Symposium and receive notification that their application has been accepted. The Symposium Registration Department will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of applicants.

It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to take care of his/her visa requirements. Delegates who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. We recommend that you allow at least twelve weeks time prior to the Symposium. The process may take longer in certain countries and it is suggested that you contact your nearest Canadian embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of your application. Letters of Invitation will not be sent after 1 July 2006.
