Olympian Joannie Rochette
Joannie Rochette
Powerful, dynamic and musical are words that describe six-time Canadian Champion and World Silver Medalist Joannie Rochette.  Skating since she was 22 months old, she made her first mark on Canadian skating in 2000 and 2001 where she won the Novice and Junior titles back to back.
Joannie carried out a long time dream which she believed was out of her reach, by taking part in the Olympic Games in Turin, Italy, in 2006.  Through adversity and never ending strength during the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, Rochette won the hearts of every Canadian and people around the world with her spectacular Bronze Medal performance. She also won the Terry Fox Award presented to an Olympian who embodies the best in the human spirit.
Olympian Becky Kellar
Becky Kellar
After graduating from Brown University, Olympic gold medalist Becky Keller joined the Canadian women’s national ice hockey team and attended the 1998 Winter Olympics for her first major international tournament. At the event she suited up for six matches, scored one goal, and took home a silver medal. From that point until the conclusion of the 2006 Winter Olympics, tournament gold eluded her only once, when her team was runner up at the 2005 World Championships.
Kellar is the oldest veteran on the club and has represented Canada at all four Olympics since the sport debuted in 1998. When not engaging in active play she helps train young girls at Strictly Hockey, an all-girls hockey school.
Singers RyanDan
RyanDan
Tight-knit sibling harmonies have captivated pop music fans at least since the days of the Andrews Sisters and the Everly Brothers. But no sibling singing team in memory has brought more excitement to the scene than RyanDan—the performing handle for identical twin vocalists Ryan and Dan Kowarsky.
Indeed the brothers, born in Cincinnati but currently residing in Canada (where they are already multi-platinum-selling stars), are gearing up for their self-titled U.S. debut on Decca Records thanks to the ecstatic international response to the album so far.
The youngest of five children, Ryan and Dan were first influenced by classical music. The brothers have been performing on stage since they were four years old.
