Jazz Singer Nikki Yanofsky
Nikki Yanofsky
   Nikki Yanofsky is a 15-year-old musical prodigy.  She debuted at the 2006 Montreal International Jazz Festival.  She was the youngest singer ever on a Verve Records release when she recorded “Airmail Special” for the Ella Fitzgerald tribute album, We All Love Ella:  Celebrating the First Lady of Song, alongside such musical luminaries as Etta James, Linda Ronstadt, Diana Krall and Natalie Cole.  She has recorded with Grammy Award-winning artists Herbie Hancock and Will.i.am (Black Eyed Peas) for Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s audio book, On the Shoulders of Giants.
  Nikki has used her budding fame to help the underprivileged as well, becoming an ambassador for both the Montreal Children’s Hospital and oneXone.  To date, Nikki has been involved in events that have raised over ten-million dollars for local, national and international charities.

Hockey Great Paul Coffey
Paul Coffey
   Paul Coffey was born in Weston, Ontario. He played in the Toronto minor hockey system and the OHL before being drafted in 1980 by the Edmonton Oilers where he began his NHL Career. By his second season he had emerged as one of the premier offensive defenseman in the NHL. Coffey's stay in Edmonton was short-lived and he was traded up to the Pittsburgh Penguins.        Coffey led the Pens to their first every Stanley Cup championship in 1991 but was dealt to the Los Angeles Kings the following season. Even though he played more games with teams other than the Edmonton Oilers, he is still associated with the high scoring Oiler teams of the early 1980s. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2004.
UFC Fighter Matt Serra
Matt Serra
   Matt “The Terror” Serra is an American Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and mixed martial artist. He is a former UFC Welterweight Champion and an ADCC Submission Wrestling World Championship silver medalist.
   He began practicing martial arts at an early age, first studying kung fu. In the 1990s, he began studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Renzo Gracie and on May 23, 2000 was awarded his black belt, the first American to do so under Gracie.
   Matt and his brother Nick, run two Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu schools in East Meadow, New York and Huntington, New York. He currently trains with Ray Longo.
